Our authenticity promise.
We sell both brand-new and A-grade products — and we tell you exactly which one you’re looking at. No relabelling, no blurred lines. This is how we keep that promise honest on every listing.
Authenticity isn’t a badge we stick on a page. It’s a set of habits: checking what we receive, describing condition plainly, and never letting a sale depend on you misunderstanding what you’re buying. If something is A-grade, refurbished or open-box, you’ll know before you reach the cart.
Genuine products
We source from channels we trust and treat brand, model and SKU as facts. The product you order is the product described.
A-grade, clearly labelled
Some items are A-grade — tested units that aren’t brand-new-in-seal. When they are, the condition is stated openly on the product.
Warranty without surprises
Coverage length is shown per variation, including when an item carries no warranty. What you see is what you’re entitled to.
Condition transparency
New, A-grade, open-box or refurbished — each carries its own label so you can judge value with full context.
Quality checks
Items are inspected before they’re listed and again before dispatch, so what ships matches what was promised.
Customer confidence
Track warranty in your account and reach real support if anything’s unclear. Trust should outlast the transaction.
What each condition actually means.
We keep the language plain so you can shop with a clear head. Here’s how we use each condition across the store.
Unused and in original packaging with full manufacturer or SLiQ warranty as stated on the listing.
Fully functional units in excellent condition that aren’t brand-new-in-seal. Any cosmetic notes and warranty terms are disclosed on the product.
Packaging has been opened but the product is unused. Often a returned or display unit, checked and confirmed working.
Professionally restored to full working order and tested against our checklist before it earns a place on the shelf.
If we can’t describe it honestly,
we won’t sell it.
Condition and warranty are disclosed on the listing — never discovered after delivery.
If a product doesn’t match its description, our returns and support team will make it right.
Eligible purchases enter your warranty wallet with clear dates and reminders.
Ask us about any product’s condition.
If a listing leaves you unsure whether an item is new or A-grade, message us first. We’d rather answer the question than lose your trust.
